Minimum age
Guests must be 18 years or older to check in. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at check-in to occupy a room.
Check-in/Check-out times
Check-in is at 2 pm on the day of arrival, and checkout is at 11 am.
Any requests for early check-in or late checkout are subject to room availability, and an additional fee will be charged.
Proof of Identification
Upon arrival, guests will be requested to present proof of identification to complete check-in.
Rates Policy
Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to the final payment upon arrival.
Guest Responsibility
At check-in, guests acknowledge full responsibility for breakage or damage, whether intentional or unintentional, directly or indirectly caused by you or any accompanying guests. Calliandras Apartment Complex reserves the right to recover any damages from the payment method provided during check-in.
Guest etiquette
We aim to consistently create a pleasant and comfortable environment for all our guests. To achieve this, we kindly ask for everyone's understanding and cooperation to keep noise levels low and be considerate of others, avoiding disturbances for fellow guests. Failure to adhere to this or any misconduct may result in immediate termination of your stay.
